What does it mean to have a personalised coaching and therapy experience?
It simply means that you get 1-1 support, fully tailored to your needs and structured in a way that you are mainly coached to get the results you are looking for by the end of one or a few coaching and therapy sessions.
What type of therapy do you receive?
You are going to receive Rapid Transformational Therapy, along with Time Line Therapy. Depending on your issue, you got to choose which one suits you best your needs and your preferences.
How many sessions will it take to solve a personal issue?
It really depends on how deep is your personal issues. Some issues have many layers to go through and probably needs more than one therapy or coaching session. Other issues might only need one session.
